Dr. Brad Poppie

With the world in such a strange place, and the last quarter of the year upon us, it can easily cause us to think about where we are and where we thought we’d be.

It’s important to have goals to keep growing and moving forward, but it can also sometimes feel frustrating or scary if you haven’t met your goals or aren’t quite where you thought you’d be.

I just want to remind you that it’s okay if you’ve had an off year, we’re all in this together. And it’s okay if you’re on a path leading into the unknown. Keep your head high and your mind open. You are right where you need to be to take another step forward. By taking just one small step at a time, before you know it, all of this will be behind you and you will be able to look back and see how far you’ve come.

If you’re pleased with where you’re at, keep up the great work. Keep your eyes open for ways to continue adapting and find ways to encourage your peers.

Stay strong and keep moving forward!
